4 Key Strategies for “Due Season” Breakthrough

As with any prophetic word it’s important that we get a clear strategy from the Lord on how to partner with it. There are four keys to breakthrough that the Lord highlighted to me.

Remember the function of Keys- they unlock doors and give us access. They allow us entry the proper way. There is a way that may seem right, but if it’s not the key in a particular season, then you won’t gain approval for access.

Remember- NOT EVERY KEY FITS EVERY DOOR!

Key #1Humility: Get low and stay low! Get low in your need to be right. Get low in your own opinions. Prefer others over yourself.

This can be a hard one if we don’t stay in God’s presence daily, crucifying our flesh. The Lord may lead you to fast during certain times this year- do it!

If someone extends an olive branch to you- accept it. Accept ANY offer of peace from those desiring to be reconciled with you.

Humble yourselves, therefore, under Godʼs mighty hand, that HE may lift you up in DUE TIME.” ‭1 Peter 5:6 NIV‬

PROMOTION AND FAVOR COMES FROM THE LORD!

Key #2Serving & Gratitude: “And He directed the people to sit down on the ground; and taking the seven loaves, He GAVE THANKS and broke them, and STARTED giving them to his disciples to SERVE to them, and THEY SERVED them to the people. And they ate and were satisfied; and they picked up seven large baskets full of what was left over of the broken pieces.” Mark 8:6-8 NASB

I believe the earmark of the NEW DAY people of God will be servants not just leaders. Also in this position of serving we must be people who are grateful. Thanksgiving stands out to me. We MUST be thankful NOW. More is released to those who have decided they are already thankful in their current condition.

Key #3-Returning to HOPE:

“Return to the stronghold [of security and prosperity], you prisoners of hope; even today do I declare that I will restore double your former prosperity to you.” ‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭9:12‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Hope is a position IN FAITH. In times of waiting we are many times moved from being hopeful. During these times of disappointment we must return to this place of shelter. Hope is a fortress that provides safety in times of trouble and doubt.

Return to remembering the goodness of God. RETURN to remembering the times that God came through for you. This will REPOSITION you in hope.

I believe it really blesses the Lord when we trust him completely and his timing for our lives. It shows maturity that we are resting FULLY in his faithfulness and grace.

Key #4-Refusal to Give Up:

“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the PROPER TIME we will reap a harvest IF we DO NOT GIVE UP. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” ‭Galatians 6:7-10 NIV‬

Many of you have been mocked by Satan and his minions as well as others as you have sown of your time and your finances into kingdom endeavors. The devil often tells you that when you sow into the spending time with Holy Spirit or sow financially into Gods work that you’re wasting your time and money. That’s a LIE!

STAND YOUR GROUND- REFUSE TO GIVE UP– God will not be mocked in your life!

You have NOT labored in vain nor lost your reward! The breath of God is coming to many of you reading this. The Holy Spirit of God is about to make Himself known on planet earth!
