FIGHTING YOUR BATTLES

In God’s Kingdom we fight our battles differently than the world we live in. We fight in our identity in Christ with forgiveness, love and prayer. We fight like Jesus by remembering that God is for us and not against-even when Satan comes at us through others. We fight in prayer with words that only the Holy Ghost gives us.


You may feel totally abandoned and surrounded by the enemy today and you may even feel like you’re down for the count-but you’re not. God is on the inside of you and he is also surrounding you on all sides with help from heaven. So stand up on the inside with the strength you have and pray; forgive if you need to, and remember who you are in Christ. You are who God says you are-he defines you and not others.


God’s not done proving himself faithful in your life and it’s not over til he says so…so don’t quit! Allow God’s life of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost be your portion today.


“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”

Praying for you today and speaking the Zoe life of God over each of you as you press into his great love.


Remember, you can trust God in any storm! His love endures forever!
